IDC Announces the Winners of Its Future Enterprise Awards 2022 for the UAE

Dubai, November 16, 2022 – International Data Corporation (IDC) yesterday hosted more than 200 senior IT and business leaders from across the UAE for the IDC DX Forum 2022. Taking place at Dubai's iconic Museum of the Future under the theme "Digital Leaders for the Digital Era," the event served up essential guidance on how those in attendance can become a key element in enabling the digital goals of their organizations' development plans, strategies, and visions. A series of expert-led panel discussions tackled the perceived challenges around the future of work and explored the unique characteristics that define the UAE's most successful digital-first organizations.

The event culminated in the 2022 edition of the IDC Future Enterprise Awards, which formally recognized the achievements of UAE-based organizations that have successfully planned and executed digital transformation (DX) initiatives across multiple areas of their businesses through the implementation of disruptive digital technologies. Awards were handed out across the following four categories:

Future of Customer Experience

This award recognized five organizations that have been able to rethink and effectively transform the way they conduct customer-related initiatives (e.g., customer engagement, customer experience, customer service). The winners were as follows:

This award recognized five organizations that have improved the responsiveness, scalability, and resiliency of their infrastructure by leveraging third-party provided and operated infrastructure resources delivered as a service. The winners were as follows:

Best in Future of Operations

This award recognized five organizations that have successfully rethought the ways in which their operations are managed. The winners were as follows:
