WorkSpace, WorkCulture and WorkForce - IDC’s FoW framework foundational pillars – need to coexist harmoniously to drive work transformation. Some organizations have advanced WorkSpaces strategies but failed to engage and facilitate a collaborative WorkCulture amongst their employees. Others have yet to leverage robotics and AI to augment their WorkForce. An integrated holistic approach across all the three pillars is the holy grail for a successful Future of Work strategy. For a successful digital transformation, it is necessary that all the main components of the Future of Work concept: the workplace, corporate culture and human resources complement each other harmoniously.

Agility and responsiveness are the hallmarks of today’s modern enterprise. Ever-changing technologies put more power in the hands of customers, whose expectations continue to grow. Across industries, increasing amounts of data are transforming markets. Businesses that are slow to wield the combined power of technology and data to meet customer demands and transform operations risk falling behind their competition.
In response to these market dynamics, forward-thinking companies are aligning strategic priorities to Intelligent Operations, a state of maturity that leverages artificial intelligence (AI), big data platforms, real-time analytics, automation, and human ingenuity to achieve a sustainable competitive edge. On their journey to achieving Intelligent Operations, organizations begin to uncover opportunities for business transformation. These opportunities manifest in internal- and customer-facing processes. Segmentation is not a new solution, but as networks have evolved to be flatter we see that those existing solutions are no longer the best way to control lateral movement or understand what is happening within data centres. Breaches continue to happen, whilst the issue of lateral movement still persists, whilst there continues to be a lack of visibility as to how the applications talk to each other.
So how can we see what is happening in our data centre and ensure that we control how applications are communicating? Illumio helps to gain visibility of application behaviour, Isolate cyberattacks and stop breaches from spreading across any cloud, data center, or endpoint. Join this session to learn how.

From Secure to Trusted: A Journey to Digital Leadership
This new decade has already provided many lessons. One is that the mantra “never let a good crisis go to waste” could have been written for the cybercriminal fraternity. Another is that the concept of digital trust is rapidly becoming a business imperative in the digital era. At the heart of this all, as always, is security: the critical barrier between data integrity and compromise; and a fundamental building block for digital trust. But trust encompasses so much more. From privacy and compliance to sustainability; from ecommerce to trusted ecosystems; and from ethics and transparency to brand reputation and loyalty. Engendering digital trust is a business imperative, but it requires leadership and governance from board level to ensure that it becomes part of the very fabric of the business.

Security Anywhere: Orchestrating SDWAN ZTNA and Cloud Pillars into Security Operations
The modern enterprise network edge is increasingly distributed due to the rapid transition to a work-from-home model. Now the off-network is a central part of the enterprise network, exposing one of the weakest links in most security.Organizations need to form their strategies to adopt this new normal. Fortinet Security Fabric is a strategic approach that builds on top of main pillars and consolidates technology, simplifies operations and reduces attacker’s dwell time to seconds rather than days. Security-Driven Networking, Zero-Trust Access, Adaptive Cloud Security – backed by centralized management, analytics and AI-Assisted threat intelligence forms what we call “Security Fabric” This platform approach encompasses 400+ technology vendors via Open Integrations. This universal ecosystem covers the ever-expanding Digital Attack Surface, integrates technologies for effective threat sharing and automates security operations and incident response across endpoints, households, campus, HQ, Data Center and cloud(s).

Defining the DNA of the “Anywhere, Anytime” Future in Finance
One of the most unexpected and valuable outcomes of 2020 has been rapid innovation to support hybrid ways of working. While over 40% of the workforce was forced to shift to remote ways of working, frontline and field workers continued to adapt and find new (safer) ways to do their jobs. When asked which areas were most likely to be permanently changed as a result of COVID-19, 38% of IT and business leaders said their work models would be redesigned to support a hybrid workforce onsite and at home. The promise of a parity of experience for workers as they move between locations, devices and digital resources is decidedly within reach. Automation and augmentation of work has accelerated business processes reliant on complex workflows and processing of vast amounts of data. Work culture, once largely defined by HR practices and in-person experiences, is now evolving via digital experiences – from AI enabled onboarding and education to collaboration. Workspaces are also evolving - digitally and physically- as intelligent digital platforms and as instrumented physical locations; each ready to securely connect people, data, applications and devices.

Embracing Fintech Partnerships To Build the Future of Financial Services
In today’s digital world, the bank is no longer the only creator of value for its customers. Today, competitive strength comes from having good connections with other players and from adding or sharing value. Banks must collaborate with fintech challengers to stay relevant in the growing digital economy. Fintech partnerships, both locally and regionally, can add a competitive edge. Banks can leverage cloud marketplaces to enable plug-and-play access to fintech solutions, such as superior onboarding and origination solutions to drive lending.

How to Deliver Next Generation Services and Experience in Banking
Banking Industry is in the midst of tremendous transformation both led and assisted by technology. Evolving customer profile, higher awareness about the value of data, emergence of disruptive trends (fintech’s, blockchain, etc), rising cost pressures and unfortunately the Covid-19 pandemic have put immense pressure on the CIOs and technology providers to prepare for the “next normal”. Though recently, The Banks are among the industries which have already embarked on the journey. Besides strong alignment towards the assertive targets, the challenges may hardly ever be omitted. Completixity & diversity of existing systems, escalated security risks, tight budgets, talent availability are among the first ones to count. Above all, every major transformation program targeting a tectonic change requires the organization to instill the relevant cultural shift. Embedding and adopting a new culture could be achievable when there is a perspicuous methodology and insistent effort.

From Banks to Banking: The Evolution of Banking Industry
Banks have been very successful and highly adaptable organizations for centuries, but the rise of digital is raising the bar and many organizations have been disconnected from their customers. Bank products do not address customers' needs or their complexity and the abundant choice make it impossible for customers to navigate. Gone are the days, where a branch manager knew his clients and customers trusted the bank to help them to address their financial needs.
As a result of this disconnect, banks find themselves at a crossroads where they need reevaluate their future role in a customer's financial life. The question is if the traditional product centric push model will be able to deliver high customer engagement and high level of customer trust or if customers ultimately want and need something else – advice, transparency, and simplicity. New technologies such as artificial intelligence, open banking, and cloud can facilitate the transformation, but essentially a rethinking of business models, KPIs, incentives, customer data management and customer education will be needed to deliver these new experiences.
