The awards will recognize the efforts of the country's leading technology initiatives, based on their ability to drive innovation, strengthen resiliency, and shape rapid change. Most Innovative Bank

Description

This award recognizes the FSI that has realized outstanding outcomes through the novel application of IT innovation, from the perspectives of both technology focus and business goal.

Nomination Criteria

At IDC, we pride ourselves on enforcing the very highest levels of transparency and impartiality. As such,the evaluation of nominations and selection of finalists will be independently undertaken by a multidisciplinary team comprising of IDC Advisory Council members and senior regional IDC analysts. All nominations will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

All nominations must contain fact-based information and should not include marketing messages or branding information.

All questions from the nomination form need to be answered in English.
IDC encourages short, sharp answers that provide clear insights into the results achieved by the selected initiative/project/nominee.

The nomination form must be submitted by May 19, 2023.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to the IDC Finance Technology Awards 2023, the decision of the judges shall be final, and no further correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Description

Description

This category aims to recognize the use of Big Data solutions which are applied as a primary enabler for the following domains:

Description

This category recognizes the myriad of remote/virtual channel initiatives by FSIs in recent years. Differentiation in technology, business models and customer value are the major criteria of interest.

Security & Fraud Management

Description

This category evaluates the application of technologies such as real-time analytics and sophisticated monitoring rules in the prevention and mitigation of operation disruptions. Submissions will also be judged on the speed and cost at which they have been implemented, and their context in the present-day IT risk ecosystem.

Description

Submissions for this category must not only be able to demonstrate an ability to maximize the organization’s accessibility to the financially underserviced segments, but also convey a means to elevate such segments while reconciling costs/sustainability of the operation.

Description

This category recognizes the effort of financial institutions to transform the customer experience at critical points of interaction. Key measures of project success include improvements in customer engagement and/or aid in customer acquisition and retention efforts, including (but not limited to):

- Event-based/'moment-of-truth' marketing

- Segment-tailored product suite (Generation Y, HNWI, mass market, etc.)
- Customer relationship management
- Loyalty programs
