2019年9月,中共中央、国务院印发了作为顶层设计的《交通强国建设纲要》,在总体要求、指导思想、发展目标及保障措施等领域提出了全面而完善的规划纲要,开启了新时代交通发展新篇章。同时,在《数字交通发展规划纲要》的指导下,提出了着眼提升和实现全生命周期的数字化升级策略。2020年以来,“新基建”政策的提出,进一步驱动了以5G、人工智能、工业互联网、物联网为代表的数字基础设施建设浪潮。交通行业数字化转型市场也迎来了互联网厂商积极参与的生态多样化发展时期,新IT技术的发展也得到了广泛应用。
