IDC European Future of Work (FoW) Practice Team is delighted to announce the second IDC European FoW Executive Summit, to be held in Palma de Mallorca on June 22 – 23, 2020.
This year’s theme is “What does the Future of Work mean to me?”, and we will be focusing on the impact of FoW at three levels: on our employees, on our business and on the ultimate purpose (raison d'être) of our organization. Our aim is to demystify the concept of the “Future”, and make it real, relevant to our working day.
IDC firmly believes that the Future of Work is an opportunity to bring out the best of humankind. As we embark on the era of cognitive computing, human and machine collaboration is giving way to a new work model where trust, accountability, flexibility and creativity are intrinsic values for success. Tech for good is more than a societal cause, it’s the new modus operandi of modern work to create a sustainable future.
In this evolution, our companies are becoming “living organisms”. Our companies are craving for a nourishing work culture, are constantly evolving (for survival) and aspiring to build a better world.
