Building a Relevant, Engaging and Adaptive Enterprise

Overview

Change is in the air. Enterprises are losing profitable customers as they struggle to deliver relevant and compelling digital customer experiences. There are good reasons for this. Traditional IT systems and processes are failing to keep pace with accelerating operating cycle times of modern businesses. Hence over the next five years IDC predicts that 6 in every 10 European organisations will need to modernise their core IT systems. Speed and accuracy of response to change are "the new black".

Continuous enterprise wide innovation, collaboration and data-driven decision making are required to compete with the likes of Amazon, Google and the digital disruptors whose presence is seeping into virtually every industry and marketplace.

Customers are changing too. Expectations of service standards and customer experience are rising exponentially. Vendor loyalty is in swift decline, so much so that a single unsatisfactory incident can be the catalyst for vendor switching and the loss of high-value customers.

A new agile and flexible operating model is emerging where supply chains and revenue streams are assembled and disassembled with alacrity. Enterprise leaders want "innovation everywhere" that harnesses the skills, competencies and knowledge of all employees and business partners in a unified ecosystem. Back-office and front-office systems are being collapsed and departmental barriers replaced with fluid real-time end-to-end processes that are "next best action" orientated and deliver tangible business outcomes and customer value. Adaption to change is continuous and ongoing.

The goal of this dinner is to bring together a group of enlightened senior executives wishing to debate the practicalities of these necessary business changes to gain more certainty and reduce risk using peer-informed judgement.
During the evening we will tackle some of the key challenges, giving you the opportunity to explore the following subject areas in the peer-led roundtable discussions:

  • Delivering relevant real-time customer engagements to create customer delight and loyalty
  • Reimagining how new technologies enable agility, immediacy and continuous innovation
  • How connected, intelligent and unified enterprises provide greater customer value
