Abstract


This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the important considerations for Asia/Pacific companies purchasing customer relationship management (CRM)/customer experience (CX) applications.

The survey results are tabulated from IDC's 2022 Asia/Pacific Software Survey. In this study, 800 CIOs and line-of-business (LOB) decision makers shared insights about their software innovation priorities, preferences, and challenges. "To improve the market's customer service offerings, technology vendors should focus on key parameters, such as revenue, cost savings, profit margins, and customer growth, while also ensuring an improved end-user experience," says Dhiraj Badgujar, senior research manager for digital innovation, DevOps, and software applications, IDC Asia/Pacific.
