Abstract
This IDC Survey presentation provides key insights from IDC’s 2023 European IT Services Survey, conducted in August and September 2023. Some 700 organizations across 14 European countries were polled.
The goals of the research included:
- Acquiring a deeper understanding of European organizations’ demand for IT and business services providers in the current economic environment
- Obtaining insight into organizations’ current selection criteria for services providers
- Gaining an updated view of the impact of socioeconomic factors on organizations, including sustainability initiatives
- Learning more about organizations’ digital transformation initiatives, including application modernization and usage of AI/GenAI
