This IDC Survey Spotlight provides insights from wave 6 of IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey, conducted in July 2023 on the change in generative AI (GenAI) adoption between March and July 2023. Specifically, this IDC Survey Spotlight examines trends for utilities globally.
In what is considered a seminal moment in the technology industry, GenAI is quickly gaining the attention of technology and business leaders worldwide.
