This IDC Survey Spotlight answers the following question: Are organizations adding used IT equipment to their portfolio?
Recently, IDC has observed more requests about market trends for used IT equipment and spending trends. Awareness levels about the availability of used IT equipment have increased since both the COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain issues caused organizations to pivot to new acquisition sources because of shortages. In this IDC Survey Spotlight, we share data from IDC's 2023 Used IT Market Survey, which addresses organizations' spending plans.
