Definitely the We-Day that was organized for our IDC office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was a fun filled outing where our entire office went to an extreme park called District 21. There were team building activities during which was interesting to witness colleagues show their true nature against their usual timid self in the office. Everyone was fired up with enthusiasm to win. I think that shows the spirit of IDC.What’s been the biggest surprise about working in IDC?
Opportunities are given to you regardless if you are a new comer or have limited experience. The learning curve is steep but I realize my learning capabilities have grown tremendously. There are great superiors and colleagues here at IDC who are always willing to guide and give you all the support you need.

I had recently joined IDC and was naturally nervous but the support I received from colleagues was great. Be it preparing the presentation or sitting through countless rehearsals – the team was very supportive in ensuring it was successful.
