Hyperscience
There’s a person on the other side of every document.
How Hyperscience bridges the gap between human information and enterprise data.

Locked away, and running out of time to matter.
Hyperscience serves highly regulated industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare, and government, where documents like mortgage applications and insurance claims carry real financial and human weight. “There’s almost always a person on the other side of every document,” said Zack Linky, Director of Product Marketing at Hyperscience. Generative AI made it easy to demo reading a handful of documents, but Linky sees reliably processing millions of them, without errors, as the real challenge Hyperscience solves.
An outside-in view, backed by evidence.
Hyperscience has worked with IDC for over a decade, using the relationship to pressure-test messaging, benchmark capabilities, and get candid feedback on roadmap priorities from a perspective not tied to any single vendor.
“IDC analysts provide an incredibly valuable outside-in perspective,” Linky said, “because they’re constantly speaking with customers while also engaging with vendors across the competitive landscape.” That shared, evidence-based foundation helps teams across Hyperscience move faster and with more confidence.
The next asset every enterprise needs to unlock.
Linky doesn’t think the defining advantage in enterprise AI will come from access to any particular model. “The companies that create the most value will be the ones that can unlock, structure, and operationalize their own proprietary data faster than everyone else,” he said. That’s the role he sees Hyperscience playing next: turning the full richness of enterprise documents into structured data that can power the AI agents and applications still to come. “That’s fundamentally the problem we’re solving at Hyperscience,” he said.
“Rather than asking prospective customers to take our word for the business outcomes we believe we’re capable of delivering, we can now point to independently validated research backed by both IDC and our customers themselves.“
