With its three major tracks, namely, Transportation Simulation, Warehouse Simulation and Network Optimization, users can derive What-if scenarios, Real-time scenario planning, and optimize network flows.
The simulation generated cost saving opportunity of USD 4.4 million and helped reduce delivery lead time by 2 to 5 days through shipping direct to end-customers.

By applying the supply chain control tower, Inspur Information increased the delivery efficiency by 40%, kept the supply chain resilient to the ever-changing market, eliminated delivery risk for 150,000 units, achieved over 15% revenue growth, and rose from third to second in the world for server shipments.

SCI uses machine learning and AI technology to analyze and propose solutions to reach autonomous control of daily supply chain operations.
SCI is a Lenovo self-designed product that was started in 2017. It has dramatically benefitted Lenovo’s Global Supply Chain by consolidating data into one single source, making it a trustworthy platform designed as an End-to-End Control Tower.

The platform connects nearly 400 global suppliers, visualizes inventory, helps improve the suppliers’ order fulfillment rate, and has reduced inventory costs by nearly USD 1 Million.

MYbank's 'Goose' system is a set of digital supply chain financial service solutions based on the supply chain relationship between core enterprises and upstream and downstream SMEs. The system is applied to address the credit and comprehensive fund management needs of SMEs in the whole chain of production and operation, including supply collection, purchase order, distribution collection, franchise, and salary payment. In this project, MYbank has cooperated with more than 600 brands, covering over 20 industries. For SMEs, the average loan availability rate has reached 80% from 30%. The efficiency of financial personnel managing stores has increased by 100 times.

Since 2020, Unilever has partnered with Google Cloud to use data for more targeted and sustainable decision-making, particularly when it comes to sustainable commodity sourcing. With cloud computing, satellite imagery and AI, Google has been helping Unilever build a more holistic view of the forests, water cycles, and biodiversity that intersect its supply chain. By gaining a complete picture of these ecosystems, Unilever can detect deforestation while simultaneously prioritizing critical areas of forest and habitats in need of protection. This technology supports Unilever’s goal of achieving a deforestation-free supply chain by 2023.

The Lenovo Green Supply Chain Data Management Platform (GSCDM) is based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Full Material Disclosure (FMD) management methodologies. GSCDM assesses and identifies the overall environmental impact of each product, including carbon footprint and environmental compliance risks.
The platform improved the effectiveness of Lenovo green supply chain management, reduced testing and certification costs, and lowered the risk of enterprise green supply chain issues. GSCDM has made significant contributions to the improvement of Lenovo’s green products and successfully enhanced the ability of supply chain environmental information management.
