How to Login and MFA

You will find a “Login” link in the upper right-hand corner of every page on idc.com. To login, fill in the email and password you have chosen during your registration and click Login.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To help protect your account and data on IDC.com, we use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an additional security step during sign-in. Even if someone knows your password, they won’t be able to access your account without the one-time security code sent to your email when you sign in from a new or untrusted device.

This extra step helps ensure that only you can access your account, while still allowing you to trust your own device for a limited time if you choose.

To keep your account secure, we use email-based multi-factor authentication (MFA).

When you sign in to IDC.com from a new device or browser, you’ll be asked for:

  • Your email
  • Your password
  • A one-time 6-digit security code sent to your email address

Enter the 6-digit code in the requested field to complete sign-in.

After submitting the code, you’ll see a checkbox labeled “Don’t ask again on this device for 30 days.”

  • If you check this box, you won’t be asked for a security code on this device and browser for the next 30 days.
  • If you leave it unchecked, you’ll be asked to enter a new security code every time you sign in on this device.

If you later sign in using a different device or browser, you’ll be prompted to complete MFA again.

If you need help signing in or experience access issues, please contact IDC Technical Support

If you forget your password, go to the Login page and click on the “Forgot Password?” link to have the site email you a link to reset it.

To logout, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the site, then click on the Logout link that appears. Your session will be ended, and you will need to re-enter your password to login again.
