Holly Muscolino
Research Director, Document Solutions

Holly Muscolino is the Research Director for the Hardcopy Peripherals: Software and Services program. She is responsible for all written research in the software and services arena, including managed print services, software solutions, the scanning ecosystem and document outsourcing.

Holly brings to IDC more than 25 years of experience in product management, strategy development and market research within the document solutions industry. Prior to joining IDC, Ms. Muscolino served as Vice President of Product Marketing for Mimeo.com, an online document management, print and distribution solution. Previously, she led the Document Outsourcing and Production Workflow Solutions practice areas for InfoTrends. In addition to these roles, she has held positions in software engineering and product marketing for software and equipment manufacturers in both the United States and Europe.

Ms. Muscolino attended the University of Connecticut and Boston University where she earned an M.S. in Computer Systems Engineering.
