Overview

Therefore the  theme of the summit will be “Harnessing The Forces of Change To Reshape The Enterprise” with business talks, panels, and debates focusing on how Russian and CIS organizations can address and master these change agents to develop sustainable business value.

"Technological Breakthrough" Program - new model of technological processes and objects management

About "Technological Breakthrough" program:
Since 2015, NorNickel has been implementing the Technological Breakthrough Program. The program includes more than 40 projects and is aimed at increasing operational efficiency and moving the company's production processes to a new target state, in which an effective system of multi-variant planning and automated operational control will be built. The main goal of the program is to build a safe, efficient Digital Enterprise.
The changes cover all divisions of the company included in the operating unit and all manufacturing / production processes from ore mining to metal production.
As a result of the program implementation, the operating model is changed, IT systems and technologies of Industry 4.0 are introduced. The company obtains technological and operational advantages, improves safety of working conditions and creates opportunities for development of new competencies of employees at all levels. Today, all technological processes are managed from unified control centers of the Polar Division and KMMC, which allowed to increase the efficiency of operational planning and production management processes several times. In the near future, the project of a fully autonomous digital mine for the Skalisty mine will be implemented.
