Richard Stevens is the associate vice president of the the Government Consulting unit at IDC where he carries out technical and policy analysis for topics related to information technologies.He has more than 20 years’ experience in the research and development of enterprise class software.

Gabriella Cattaneo was associate vice president of the IDC4EU European Government Consulting unit, which she founded in 2005 to provide research and consulting services to governments and policy makers on ICT market trends and scenarios, leveraging IDC's global research.

Giorgio Micheletti has been a consulting director in the IDC4EU European Government Consulting unit since October 2013. He joined IDC in March 2005 as consulting manager for the European Vertical Markets expertise centre. In February 2009, he was appointed consulting manager for IDC CEMA (Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa).

Golboo Pourabdollahian is a Consulting Manager in the IDC4EU European Government Consulting. She is an experienced project manager and a certified agile Scrum Master. Golboo has a combined experience in both consultancy and research and has led several research and innovation projects funded by European Commission as well as implementation and strategy development projects in industry. Prior to joining IDC, she worked in Capgemini and Capgemini Invent as a senior consultant where she led several digital transformation projects in manufacturing and telecommunication sectors and acted as the lead of 5G and digital transformation roadmap in Capgemini Italy. She has also worked in CNR (National Research Council of Italy) as a senior research and innovation expert and project manager in several EU-funded projects under the framework of H2020, INTERREG, COSME, etc., and was engaged in studies and reports for European Commission Directorate General such as DG GROW. Her main interests and competencies are digital transformation, 5G and IoT, circular economy and business model innovation. Golboo received her PhD and M.Sc in management, economics and industrial engineering from Politecnico di Milano and her B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. She is fluent in English, Italian and Persian.

Alba Balla is a Senior Consultant with more than 6 years of professional experience for various development projects in Europe in the field of innovation and technology development. Prior to joining IDC, Alba worked for nearly three years as Senior Officer for CBS, the leading research and consulting company located in Tirana, Albania. She has been working as a Senior Consultant, responsible for key performance indicators and results monitoring for EU funded projects focusing in project development and implementation. Previously, she was part of IDC as a Research Analyst, working for IDC Manufacturing Insights where she conducted qualitative research regarding international manufacturing companies and their digital transformation. Ms. Balla holds a master’s degree in Economics and Political Science, from the University of Milan and has also been part of the Erasmus program by studying for one semester in the University of Mannheim, Germany. In 2012 she obtained her bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Tirana in Albania.

Senior Consultant – IDC4EU European Government Consulting

Nevena Raczko is a Senior Consultant at the IDC4EU European Consulting unit. She has over four years of international working experience in European affairs, policy research, and project management gained in the private and public sectors. Prior to joining IDC, Nevena worked as a Policy Manager at Microsoft European Government Affairs team in Brussels, where she covered topics related to technology, sustainability, circular economy, manufacturing, and digital finance. In her role, she was responsible for monitoring regulatory initiatives, writing position papers, and responding to public consultations. She also worked for OSCE and was a trainee at the European Union's Delegation to UN and other international organisations in Geneva, where she supported the Human Rights team. She has a degree in political sciences from the Eotvos Lorand University in Hungary. She holds a master's degree in European studies with a specialization in Economics, Politics, and Societies from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.

Nevena Raczko

Senior Consultant, IDC4EU — European Government Consulting

Nuria de Lama studied Telecommunications Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She has worked for more than 20 years in Innovation Programs funded by the European Commission and has contributed to more than 40 Innovation projects in areas like Digital Platforms, IoT, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. From a sectorial point of view, she has knowledge on different industries and notably Smart Cities and Agriculture. For almost 17 years she has played different positions at Atos, the leading IT company. Among them, she led a research unit on Semantic Technologies, Software and Service Engineering and later on she worked as European Programs Manager, where she has represented Atos in major European Initiatives and coordinated Atos strategy in European Research projects. In that position she has been recognized as leader and contributor to EU initiatives like NESSI (European Technology Platform on Software and Services), the Future Internet Public Private Partnership (FIWARE program, leading to the creation of the FIWARE Foundation) and the Big Data Value Association, where she was founding member. In the last years she has been engaged in topics related to the Data Economy. Nuria works as expert and advisor for a number of IT projects and institutions like the European Commission and has recently joined the IDC4EU team. In addition to her native Spanish, she speaks English and French.
