Registration Fee

Media representatives: free of charge
End Users: Free attendance is reserved for a total of 100 persons. Register today and secure your free ticket! This offer is valid for Governmental & Corporate sector (not IT + consultant companies): free of charge for senior representatives only.
IT vendors & consultants: 300 Euro + VAT. Registration and confirmation from IDC are required.

Registration fee covers conference participation, documentation and meals, but does not include parking fee.

Payments

All registration payments must reach IDC prior to the conference.

 

Cancellations

Substitutions: can be made at any time.
Refund: for cancellations up to one month prior to the conference we will refund your delegate fee 100%, up to two weeks – 50%. For cancellations received after this time, or for those registered delegates who do not show up on the day, the entire fee will be forfeit.
