This IDC Survey Spotlight investigates mining companies' plan to achieve net-zero emissions and the primary drivers for their sustainability efforts and carbon reduction plans. Mining companies are undertaking carbon dioxide reduction plans driven by compliance with regulations, improved customer retention, and better financial returns. This document is based on the mining results from IDC's 2022 Energy Transition Survey.
