This IDC Market Perspective summarizes a discussion among partners that joined IDC's quarterly Partner Advisory Board in February 2024. During the discussion, partners from EMEA representing a variety of vendors shared insights into customer trends and buying behavior as well as what market dynamics will drive their business decisions this year.
"Partners are aware the way vendors recognize and reward the value they bring to customers continues to evolve. Deep vendor relationships remain important for partners to develop new business opportunities and to deliver customer outcomes. Although customer spending could be impacted by elections across EMEA in 2024, partners remain positive about their opportunities this year," said Josh Budd, research manager, IDC.
