In the future, the automotive semiconductor market will have three trends. For the market, as mentioned earlier, power ICs, discrete, ASIC, ASSP, ADAS/AD, and infotainment are the major drivers of automotive semiconductors. For technology, more advanced nodes and large computing capabilities will be needed, as well as lower power consumption, and the third generation of semiconductors are on the way. Meanwhile, for business models, more system solutions will be needed, and the cooperation model between OEMs, tier 1s, system suppliers, technology giants, and automotive semiconductor players will be changed; they will have more interface and cooperate more closely and earlier within the project.
