Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight displays the most serious trust-breaking events according to business leaders across industries using data from the August 2023 Future of Trust Worldwide Research Study. In this research, we surveyed 760 business leaders in 18 countries with representation from APAC, North America, and Europe. The results show the continued importance of data security and privacy to engendering and maintaining trust, as well as more surprising reflections on the importance of business executives.
