Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight analyzes small and medium-sized businesses' (SMBs') spending expectations of all cloud-related applications, products, and services through vendor cloud marketplaces through the rest of 2023. It also identifies the most important capabilities for European SMBs when leveraging cloud provider marketplaces. Within wave 3 (April 2023) of its Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending (FERS) Survey, IDC surveyed a total of 120 SMBs in Europe across the following European countries: the U.K., France, Germany, Italy, and the Nordic countries. SMBs in this survey are defined as companies with up to 499 employees.
