Abstract
The Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa (META) region is now entering the digital business era. According to the latest IDC survey, over 65% of medium-sized to large organizations in the region consider themselves to be digital businesses. These organizations are taking a digital-first approach to customer engagements, employee experiences, operations, transformation of line-of-business functions, and interactions with supply chain and ecosystem partners. Cloud has also developed rapidly over the last few years, creating the technological foundation required for a digital business today.
