Mr. Mitri Roufka joined IDC in August 2001; he is responsible for managing IDC’s Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMA) Imaging Printing & Document Solutions (IPDS) business unit. He has authored numerous research studies and projects covering many countries in the CEMA region. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and coordination of CEMA's standard research and consulting projects, conducting workshops focused on providing market trends, insights, growth opportunities, and strategic advice, client support, and expanding IDC research and services into new areas and geographies. He is also a frequent speaker at various local and international events.
Roufka holds a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Notre Dame University in Lebanon, and a master's in business administration from the Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. He speaks Czech, English, French, and Arabic.
