This IDC study provides vendor market shares for the worldwide intelligent process automation market for 2022.
"Last year's growth in key IPA markets slowed modestly, in part due to economic uncertainty impacting spending in the second half of 2022," according to Maureen Fleming, program vice president in IDC's Worldwide AI and Automation Research practice. "As the market restructures around generative AI, other priorities that improve the ease and seamlessness of orchestration across automation and AI technologies remain paramount along with better alignment of outcome metrics that better align with business value."
