This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the increasing interest in acquiring used IT equipment due to economic uncertainty, budget concerns, and increasing regulatory pressures.
IDC conducted a survey in January 2023 to understand IT buyer preferences and motivations when evaluating and acquiring used IT equipment. We surveyed 525 IT decision makers in the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Germany, India, Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
