This IDC Survey Spotlight, derived from IDC's October 2023 Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey, Wave 9 (n = 888 for total; n = 370 for North America; n = 218 for Western Europe; and n = 300 for Asia/Pacific), offers insights into how customers are prioritizing spending on services. The survey shows that companies want to rely on partners to provide more life-cycle services to their organizations and expect an increase in spending in those areas.
