The survey sample covers organizations from the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland), Poland, Czech Republic, and Romania. These 13 countries account for more than 75% of the European economy (assessed in terms of the gross domestic product of 43 countries). It covers the following vertical markets: finance, manufacturing, retail/wholesale, professional services, healthcare, transport, telecom/media, utilities/oil and gas, and government/education.
