Francesca Ciarletta

Francesca Ciarletta is a research analyst based in London, working in IDC's European Services team and in our multidisciplinary European Cloud Practice. Francesca's research is focused around infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and IT infrastructure outsourcing. She contributes to the European Infrastructure and Private Cloud Services subscription service and to the European Public Cloud Services: SaaS, PaaS and IaaS subscription service.

Before joining IDC in March 2016, Francesca worked as an in-house market intelligence analyst for a U.K. software company, and prior to that she was a competitive intelligence analyst. Francesca is a citizen of Italy, and gained bachelor's degrees in both arts preservation and in the history of art from the Universita' Degli Studi Suor Orsola Benincasa in Naples. She also holds a master's in entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham.
