This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights results from the following question posed to 476 respondents from firms with 1,000+ employees across 5 countries, and several major industries, as part of IDC's 2023 Worldwide Managed Services Survey: Corrective measures — Please select the top 2 corrective measures that your company/organization believes will help improve or resolve current dissatisfaction with your managed service providers (SPs).
