This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights results from the following two questions posed to 476 respondents from firms with 1,000+ employees across 5 countries, and several major industries, as part of IDC's 2023 Worldwide Managed Services Survey:

  • Satisfaction: Which two of the following factors drive the highest level of satisfaction with the managed service providers (SPs) that your company/organization utilizes (i.e., the ability of the managed service providers to … )?
  • Dissatisfaction: Which two of the following factors have been the sources of greatest dissatisfaction of the managed service providers your company/organization works with?

This IDC Survey Spotlight then assesses the impact of these enterprise experiences with managed SPs and provides recommendations on what areas managed SPs need to focus to ensure that they can deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to enterprises using managed services.
