This IDC Survey looks at how organizations worldwide and in the three major regions have already invested in digital platforms or plan to invest in digital platforms in the future. It also includes data on the factors impacting adoption of digital platforms, expected benefits from adoption, challenges to adoption and implementation, and the key actions that vendors need to take to support their customers.
This IDC Survey is based on data from IDC's May 2023 Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey, Wave 4. This survey was conducted to understand how IT and business leaders in enterprises around the world are assessing risks and addressing cost management for their growing portfolio of technology resources.
