Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight reveals that ransomware is a pervasive threat throughout the corporate ecosystem, from Linux-based IoT devices to public cloud services to Windows servers. Over 40% of survey respondents indicated that they were victims of ransomware attacks at least once over the past 12 months, and approximately half were from Windows-based operating systems.
