Abstract
This IDC Survey summarizes key trends around content delivery network (CDN) and edge-based solutions based on IDC's 2023 European Enterprise Communications and Collaboration Survey (ECS). The presentation analyzes market trends and indicates potential growth areas within countries, industries, and business size segments.
IDC's annual European Enterprise Communications and Collaboration Survey is a must-have for network and services vendors. It provides insight into the priorities and strategic intentions of network executives, offering guidance for vendors' strategy planning and market positioning. The survey covers topics such as wide-area networks (WANs), hybrid networks, network infrastructure, software-defined networks (SDNs), cloud, unified communications, video, contact centers, data and voice services, network life-cycle services, provider selection criteria and preferences, and overall trends in the telecommunications sector.
