Companies in Latin America are transitioning from conceiving digital transformation as a business initiative to considering digitalization strategies as a fundamental characteristic of the organization. This implies the intrinsic participation of the CEO and the C-Suite. It is essential that CIOs support CEOs in the establishment of a new people-centric mindset and strategy, as well as the application of ESG strategies, the design of new products and services, the modernization of procedures, and the focus on security and risk mitigation. The digital business goal is to grow and compete in a digital world by nurturing customer trust and loyalty through safe, unique, and extremely satisfactory experiences.
