Tim Greene leads IDC's research efforts in the area of large format printing. He delivers expert insight and intelligence through IDC's Production and Large Format Print Markets service as well as the Worldwide Quarterly Large Format Printer Tracker. Additionally, Mr. Greene provides in-depth analysis on adjacent markets such as digital signage and 3D printing systems.

Before joining IDC, Mr. Greene spent 14 years at InfoTrends covering  wide format printing. He produced an annual industry forecast on the wide format digital printing industry, and conducted global market research. Mr. Greene’s areas of expertise include in-depth buyer insight, geographical market analysis, distribution strategies, and brand preference research in the wide format printing and signage markets.

Mr. Greene has presented research and forecasts at major industry events such as SGIA, FESPA, and DSCOOP. He is a frequent contributor to industry trade magazines such as Wide Format Imaging, Digital Output, Dealer Communicator, China OOH (Out-of-Home), Screen Printing, and Big Picture.
