Roberto Membrila is a key player in the creation, implementation and improvement process of the Automated Quality checks and Automated Market Dashboards for all the different IDC Tracker products as well  Customer Insights and Analysis spending guides in Latin America.

Mr. Membrila's experience includes the supervision and validation of Data Bases, a central part of his research at IDC, as well as logical programming for programs such as Tableau, SPSS and Lime Survey. Previously, Roberto has for worked marketing research companies where he was responsible for survey validation and analysis.

Roberto studied Actuary at National Autonomous University of Mexico and holds a Technical Administration degree from National Polytechnic Institute. He has taken an SPSS course by IBM and is fluent in both his native language, Spanish, and English; with some proficiency in German.
