This IDC Survey Spotlight provides insights from IDC's 4Q23 Cloud Pulse Survey, which investigates global cloud buying adoption trends and challenges, and from IDC's February 2024 Worldwide Small and Medium Business Survey. IDC has evidence that almost three-quarters of cloud buyers are currently transforming their cloud estates, and this document looks specifically at how that applies to SMBs covering those with 1–49, 50–249, and 250–99 employees.
