Maciek Gornicki

Research Manager

Maciek Gornicki is a Research Manager with IDC's Asia/Pacific Client Devices Group. Based in Singapore, Maciek is responsible for coordination of research, production of market data and forecast, as well as analysis of technology trends in the PC market across the Asia/Pacific region.

Prior to joining IDC Singapore, Maciek spent 5 years at IDC UK in London, overseeing PC market research for Western Europe and managing client relations across the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Before joining IDC, he worked at Intel Corporation EMEA headquarters in the United Kingdom, where he analyzes sales strategies and local market trends in the IT distribution sector in Central and Eastern Europe.

Maciek graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Management. He also holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from Cracow University of Economics. He is both fluent in English and Polish, and proficient in French.
