Max Pepper is a Research Analyst for IDC's Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions team. Mr. Pepper's qualitative research coverage includes a wide spectrum of topics such as 3D printing, large format printing and managed print services. Mr. Pepper also collects and analyzes US data for the IDC Quarterly Large Format Printer Tracker and the IDC Semiannual 3D Printer Tracker.



Prior to coming to IDC, Mr. Pepper worked as a Research Analyst at FUSE Research Network, where he was responsible for monthly asset management market data collection and analysis, along with product-specific monthly and quarterly market reports. He also was responsible for qualitative topical market trend reports, and working directly with clients on quantitative and qualitative requests.
