The continuing transformation of cloud

Cloud as we know it is on the path of transformation as public cloud continues to expand. IDC predicts that by 2020 public IT cloud services will account for 58% of the $355 billion cloud spend. Enterprises that do not fully embrace the public cloud will be marginalized in this renaissance of digital innovation. Industry cloud-stored data will more than double by 2020 as reliance on proprietary internal enterprise data systems becomes insufficient to combat industry-wide problems.
