Siri Si is a Research Manager for IDC Financial Insights. Prior to joining IDC, Siri worked at People's Daily Online Venture Capital Co. Ltd., under People's Daily Online Blockchain Research Institute. Hongyu Cheng serves as a senior research analyst for IDC China Government Insights team. He is responsible for the market research on digital government, smart cities, and others. Hongyu focuses on the practical implementation of advanced technology systems in those marketplaces. Additionally, he is involved in both regional and global consulting and business development within these sectors.
Before joining IDC, Hongyu was a product manager at GienTech Technology, focusing on domestic digital transformation projects. He specialized in digital solutions, software architecture, and strategic consulting in related domains. Prior to that, Hongyu was primarily responsible for market analysis, merchant development, and strategic implementation at JD.com.
Hongyu holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from the Waikato Institute of Technology, New Zealand.
Zhenya Sun is a research manager for the IDC team focused on exploring the application of technology and industrial development of AI and AI agents. He is also responsible for providing clients with consulting services on technologies, products, and markets related to large language models (LLMs) and AI agents, as well as delivering speeches at industry conferences and internal seminars.
Before joining IDC, Zhenya served as a project management officer (PMO), responsible for internal and external strategic consulting, AI application research and advisory services, AI project framework standardization, management system construction, and technical training on AI applications. Prior to that, he also led initiatives in product development process optimization and user market analysis.
Zhenya holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management with a specialization in Information Systems Engineering from the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Finn Li is the research manager in the CIO Agenda sector for IDC China where he will conduct research and analysis focusing mainly on China CIO Agenda. Finn will also make in-depth analysis of regional and global consulting and business development in related scale.
Before joining IDC, Finn worked for international manufacturing enterprises, including financial equipment, pharmaceuticals device, and household electrical appliance industries. He was responsible for global PMO management, digital manufacturing transformation, corporate global expansion, IT management, and so forth. Finn has rich knowledge of and experience in CIO operations on strategy, planning, and execution.
Finn majored in Master of Business Administration at the Beihang University in China and made extensive research on PMO portfolio/program/project management.

Austin Zhao, senior research manager of IDC China, focuses on research and analysis of the China network security market. He provides intelligence and consulting services to both local and multinational cybersecurity vendors.
Austin has deep insights into the China network security market, including product and technology mapping, market scale and development trends, network security vendors, and the like. In addition, Austin is responsible for related fields of special research and analysis work. With his extensive background in the market, he has established and maintained good relationships with security manufacturers and customers.
Austin has more than seven years of work experience in the field of network security. Prior to joining IDC, he worked for a global cybersecurity company, where he was responsible for providing consulting services on systems integrations and network security solutions.
Austin graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and completed a bachelor 's degree in Computer Science and Technology.

Eric Gao, or Gao Fei if go by his Chinese name, is a research director for IDC Financial Insights China practice, his work covers research and consulting engagement in the area of Fintech and innovation, with a strategic view from both end user and tech provider’s perspective on how technology has been transforming the financial services industry (FSI) in China and making an impact beyond.

Mr. Gao has over 15 years of cross-industry and cross-border professional experience in US and China. For twelve years, he worked as consultant with Deloitte US practice serving FSI clients that included major financial institutions and regulatory agency (FDIC). He had in-depth knowledge of strategic planning, risk management, US banking system (especially in relation to resolution and receivership) and data analytics. Before joining IDC, Mr. Gao worked as independent advisor in China on a variety of Fintech start-up engagements such as SME enterprise service, inclusive finance.
