These programs exist of several IDC Metri solutions and best practices such as Agile Value Management, Application Portfolio scan, team productivity, end-to-end application development cycle improvements and compare to market. Marco is personally working with CIOs and their leadership teams to assess their Way of Working as part of our approach. With his broad organizational knowledge and experience, his technical background and having worked in positions close to business, he is able to support CIOs and IT senior management to achieve measurable results.

Maurice is an experienced financial architect, bringing his diverse background to benchmarking, sourcing and deal support. On projects he tends to focus on the technical aspects (feasibility), the financial implications (including risk and or accounting implications) and potential processes it affects.
